Percol processes personal data to provide workspace collaboration, account security, billing, and compliance features. Processing is performed under customer instructions and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Users can manage privacy preferences and exercise GDPR rights, including export, deletion, restriction, and objection requests, from the in-app privacy settings.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards including tenant isolation, role-based access control, encryption, and audit logging. Retention settings are configurable by tenant administrators.
