These terms govern use of the Percol platform by customers and authorized users. By accessing the service, you agree to comply with applicable laws, your organization's policies, and these terms.

Customer organizations are responsible for account administration, data governance, and permissions assigned to their users. Users must keep credentials confidential and must not attempt unauthorized access or abuse of the service.

Service availability, support commitments, data processing, and security controls are defined by your organization's commercial agreement with Percol. If you have a question about your organization's specific terms, contact your administrator.
